In other news, there’s this guy in North Carolina called Justin Metcalf – a traditional millwright who fully funded a Kickstarter to make small-scale grain mills such as used to be found in every small village. He’s attracted much interest in the permaculture/homesteading community, which is rapidly growing, especially since 2020.
