Julia’s Life is Dependent Upon the Current Administration
May 15th, 2012 by John Mansfield
Steve Sailer points out “The Life of Julia,” an infographic-style “look at how President Obama’s policies help one woman over her lifetime—and how Mitt Romney would change her story.” Like last week’s airing of President Obama’s views on marriage, it is hard to see this swaying any voters, but it is nice to have matters laid out so plainly. Perhaps it will shake loose another $15 million Hollywood fundraiser. It is a little sad to think, though, that Obama can be some voters’ imaginary boyfriend in the Oval Office for at most four more years. Hopefully some of America’s Julias will grow out of such needs by then.

I’ve seen lots of discussion of this around the blogosphere. You hint at one of the creepier aspects: There appear to be no adult males in Julia’s world, just a son whose conception seems to have just happened.
I dislike confounding politics and Mariology.

After Julia’s series is over, we’ll have one about her son. It will show how government has made him a useless drag on society. In his “poverty” he’ll spend his time complaining over twitter and Facebook how he can barely make it on food stamps and his Mom’s welfare checks.
Later in the series, the whole house of cards come down, when the system goes belly up and there is no more assistance for anyone. This will, of course, be blamed on George W. Bush….

Feminists don’t need a man, except for Uncle Sam.
However, I have to say I doubt it will all be blamed on Bush. Pres. Romney is more likely.

I can see it now.
The new boogey man will be the Tea Party.
The Dems could have fixed all of Bush’s problems if we had only given them enough time. Getting rid of Lugar (and Hatch) and electing Romney ruined all of the Democrats solutions and only made things worse.
