Brandon Flowers’ New Album

While we are Brother Flowers’ posting, here is my current favorite song off his new album.  Like most of his stuff, the lyrics make no sense but there is a strong feeling that comes out of  them.

Sitting in a hospital room (problem identified, we’re back home now) thinking long thoughts and listening to Brother Flowers.
The sky was beautiful on our way to the hospital.  Bluer then blue, and white fluffy clouds.  On the way home the full moon was shining above the horizon.  It was so beautiful.
How odd to be surrounded by beauty and your family is having such trouble.

It put me in a Brother Flowers kind of mood.
