Agreed. I am recently retired after working at the same corporation for decades. Of the course of my working life, of course, came the internet. I watched with amusement as social media came into being to be promptly banned and blocked by our IT Dept on our WAN. No love lost there for me. But in the final years, suddenly we were blitzed with tips on personal branding in social media and the like. Somebody got the memo finally — big brother wants to watch everyone everywhere in a social way.
