I posit that the missing parts are along these lines: actions, interactions, changes, movement, flow/revealing of information to individuals and the collective group. He (the Holy Ghost) is there, but I sense we’re not letting Him fully operate. He’s present, but not “moving” somehow, not as much as He could.”
