If it is reasonable to have such a thing, the Apostle John is my ‘favourite’ person in the Bible, the one with whom I feel most affinity – and this actor’s face seems just right to me.

I regard the ongoing series of New Testament videos from the LDS as a major, indeed first-rank achievement – they are at an altogether higher level than anything else of the kind I have ever seen.

The actor who plays Christ is quite extraordinary throughout, unsurpassed.
