Lost sayings of Jesus

That is very good. Close to the fire… This reminds me of Aslan being not safe, but good. (That’s my favorite part of Narnia, so I think of it a lot.) I looked at the article you linked. This one is worth mulling over:

When on the same day he saw a man doing work on the sabbath, he said to him: “Man! If you know what you are doing, you are blessed! But if you do not know it, you are accursed and a transgressor of the law.”

“Unless you fast to the world, you shall not find the kingdom of God” Compare this to The Bread of Life sermon found in John 6. Sounds like we are to fast from the world and feast on Christ.
John also records, “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written everyone, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written.” (John 21:25)
I’m not surprised that there are others things written that He said and did. The scriptural canon is absolutely not complete, nor is it supposed to be a history, daily diary, or full record of everything that was done and said.
I look forward to more records coming forth, and then all eternity to study the history of this earth and its inhabitants.

While there are real gems hidden here, please use discretion. Much like searching out real gems, you are going to see miles and miles and tons of worthless rock to see one real gem.

There was a lot of apostacy being preached at the same time as these documents. The Gnostics were particularly ‘out there’. And that one SoG sounds very Gnostic.
