Student Government

I noticed a bunch of posters sprouting all over the house.  “Vote [X] for President!”

Me: You are running for President?

X:  I am running for Student Body President.

Me:  You’re homeschooled.

X:  I know!

Update:

Me:  Who will be in the other offices?  We don’t have a lot of students in our home school this year.

X:  Dad!  [Eye roll].  Go look on the front door!

Chocolateeya is her stuffed animal, whose name spelling I have just learned today.
