Hard but Virtuous

It is hard but virtuous to hear other people’s miracles when that same miracle has been denied you. It is hard to love them, hard to share their joy . . . but it is virtuous.
Reminiscent of the nameless virtue.

I’ve found envy to be a good barometer of how my heart is before the Lord. If I feel more than a pang or two I should set some time aside to pray and plead before the Lord.
