Forgiveness heals even when you aren’t feeling hurt.
I could try to string out the post or go through the unimportant facts of a couple of recent experiences that taught me the lesson but I have already said what I had to say: forgiveness heals even when you aren’t feeling hurt.

Absolutely! Forgiveness also allows the Holy Spirit to dwell with us more abundantly. Forgiveness can happen even when the other party doesn’t know what they did, or whether or not they apologize or ask for forgiveness.
