I noticed that the scripture actually calls on us to leave our heavy burdens and join in the Lords light and easy burden. Not that he will magically make it easier for us to carry the heavy loads we are carrying around.
In that sense, it’s essentially a call to give all you have away and come Follow Me. Anything that you are unable to give up and follow him, would be that heavy burden.
If that interpretation is more correct, what does it mean for us?
