Without so much as asking a by-your-leave. I positively defied the fellow.

Is the phrase “the _2011_ U.S. presidential election season” in the summary a clue to it being a joke?
Testosterone is an Rx-only substance, only administered when there is a verified deficiency. It would be unethical as well as illegal to administer it otherwise.

Rob Howard proved this out in the “Conan Experiments”, but they were cancelled due to the danger. At low doses they’d vote conservative, but at higher doses they removed their clothing, took up a loin cloth, and ran into the wilderness with a sword seeking adventure.
