My Kind of Biden Voter
The media reports of a deceased voter casting their ballot in Newton County are inaccurate.
James E. Blalock, Jr. passed away in 2006 and was purged from the Secretary of State database that year. His widow, Mrs. James E. Blalock, Jr. has always voted under that name and continued to do so through this year’s election. The Secretary of State’s database does not pick up the pre-fix of Mrs., and a check in her profile shows she is a female. Her signature on the records reflects that her voter registration was signed as Mrs. James E. Blalock, Jr. and that is exactly how she signed her name when she voted in the Nov. 3 General Election.
And why do I say that Mrs. James E. Blalock, Jr. is my kind of Biden voter? Because I cast my vote for Phil Collins, who was nominated to be president of the nation by the Prohibition Party. There may be vote-tampering skullduggery afoot however. I checked my state’s count, wondering if my fellow Prohibition Party voters numbered in the teens or only in the single digits. And what does the state board of elections claim? That no one voted for the Prohibition Party!! Not even a rounded 0.0% fraction of the vote, but a mathematically exact 0%. Well, I know quite well that at least I cast my ballot for Mr. Collins, so I am coming forward to let you know that not all is well with the tally. “Count every vote” indeed.
