“I have been converted to the Scouting program.”
I sometimes wonder if the hostility towards Scouting in the world and even in some corners of the Church is a sign of contradiction.
I say that as someone who would prefer more hands-on computers, science, and engineering and less eating ashes and sleeping in the dirt.
Well, since it is only “1 hour a week”, it shouldn’t be too hard to convert. Just don’t do the Woodbadge shtick. You’ll change from a convert to one of the rabid evangelists of Scouting.
Death to all those who contemn the BSA!
