These two reviews of Toy Story II and III hit me hard. I want, and I do not want, my children to grow up.
I believe partly that God has a foot outside time and we, when exalted, will also have a foot outside time–that all things past and present will be before our face–because I don’t see how joy would be possible otherwise.

I have wondered if it isn’t so.
The implication seems to be that, in the eternities, all our mortal life will ever be present before our face, world without end.
Therein lies heaven. And hell.
