“The Left can cite scripture for its own purpose”

April 05th, 2017 by Vader

This is the theocracy of the casually religious — and it’s even less attractive than the theocracy of the Biblically extreme.

Thus Ben Shapiro

And, yes, so can the Right, as when Trump cited One Corinthians. I have sometimes had to repent of measuring the words of the Brethren against the yardstick of my politics, rather than my politics against the Brethren. But, judging from what I see in the Bloggernacle, I am not the chief of sinners in this respect.

They can quote scriptures, but not many of them. For people who complain often about the church’s and the saints’ lack of sophistication, many can be notably one-note, as if they hadn’t spent even two hours of the last year reading scripture alone.

Remember how the Bible says you have to help your neighbor? Well obviously that means you should screw over a lot of your neighbors, all of them even – the whole country, for a strangers on the other side of the world. Also, when they come here, don’t try to convert them to your faith or anything like some kind of Nazi.

Makes sense, right? Not only are we the cutting edge of culture, we’re also expert theologians.

Ben chicken hawk globalist sock puppet Shapiro on renaming tomahawk missiles:

“I wouldn’t mind them being called Hebrew hammers”

Funny joke.

An odious little wretch.

For whom are you supposing Shapiro is speaking as a sock puppet?

I don’t know you, Ben, but so far I like the other Ben a lot better.
