-thus Mark E. Petersen.A few days ago I was on a ridge watching across a plain for the sunrise. I saw the changing, lightening colors, and the sunrise line race across the plain and then up the ridge. Then the sun itself–too bright–I could not look.
It came to my mind that there would be a day when a Light would rise in the east. It would be a line of fire I saw racing across the world toward me. And the terrible Light rose into my view, it would be my soul’s destiny whether I could look or not. It would be every soul’s destiny.
He is the fact. On Him, the imaginings of the world founder.
