Ooh, how do you dare put the ending date on NOW? You’ve got it down to such a science that you know the book will exactly be filled by then? I’m impressed! 🙂

That was my thought too!

I budget one full page per day, whether I need all of it or not. 🙂 The hardcover composition books are only $1.00 or $.50 on sale. It also makes things easy to find, and like a calendar, I can schedule future to-do’s.

I reserve the extra pages for summary pages/charts

Anyway, I’m more of an Omni/Amaron/Chemish/Abinadom style of diarist, than a Nephi/Jacob/Mosiah/Alma style.

My book of “Small Plates” has been neglected of late. 🙁 It is in the “dated only as needed” style.

And my General Conference/Stake Conference notebooks constitute a _third_ set. Those are dated/paginated as needed, in a non-fixed style. Though if the note-taking juices are not running, I still allocate a minmum of 1/2 page per speaker in case I go back and want to write something later if I re-watch or when I read in the Ensign.
