I can only assume that the Sacred Ground she refers to, is that which gives her power – kind of like Skeletor and Greyskull, or Gollum and the Ring. If public opinion were to genuinely shift, Baroness Pelosi would change her proclamation accordingly, all without ever having left her sacred idol and its Sacred Ground.

Isn’t this what made Rome go to war with Carthage and gave us the immortal phrase, “Carthago delenda est”?

The claim that the Carthaginians practiced infant sacrifice was an invention of Roman propaganda.
