If it is not too great a liberty, may I suggest that it might be well for all of us to give some considered sympathy to our young, unmarried male acquaintances, in whichever of the (ahem) fifty States they may reside. Much as we gave considered sympathy to our young unmarried female acquaintances in the past, when the situation was reversed.
