		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s not exactly that I&#039;m in favor of amateur dentistry performed by people who lacked the mental horsepower to get a degree in business or engineering.  However, a contrarian might say that this sort of thing is one of many reasons it isn&#039;t a good idea to use the public education system to warehouse persons who would two generations ago have lived out their entire lives in mental institutions.  At least in 1935 the orderlies would probably have pulled the correct tooth.]]></description>
