God’s Smuggler: Brother Andrew

I often think of this book that I read in my youth. My grandfather gave/loaned me a copy back in the 70′s. It was republished in 2001.

It’s about the exploits of Brother Andrew van der Bijl, who smuggled Bibles into communist countries during the height of the Cold War.

After the fall of communism in Europe, Brother Andrew shifted his focus to the Middle East and has worked to strengthen churches in the Islamic world.
