Liberalism is an Acquired Taste

March 30th, 2012 by G.

Conservatism is for parents, workers, and other people with real lives who are too busy to rationalize utopia.

In other news, I am now calling for a return of the great old American tradition of a hogshead of whiskey outside each polling place.

Very good.

Actually, it makes good sense. A society of more conservatives than liberals is ideal because then only the best changes make it through.

A society of all conservatives would, of course, be disasterous because no changes would ever be made.

However, a society of mostly liberals would immediately change everything, spend themselves into the ground, and form the European Union.
