Richard Clarke is not exaggerating. Yes, the cyberwars have already begun, and it’s worse than you think.
I’d love to believe he’s right that the United States wrote Stuxnet. I would not have thought the American defense establishment capable of writing it and successfully using it, and if they did, that’s one of the more heartening things I’ve heard in a long time.
