I was reading an article in the paper this morning about a person in Arizona who got a nastygram from the local county clerk ... for sending email to twenty friends getting them to come to a county meeting and oppose some harebrained government scheme. She was told she needed to properly register as a political campaigner. This nonsense will eventually get struck down by a court.
