I’ve sometimes wondered what the boundaries are between kingdoms of exalted beings, both within a generation and from one generation to another, and how that relates to cosmology.

In our 3D realm, we can observe: planet, solar system, star cluster, galaxy, galaxy cluster, observable universe; and extrapolate a “multiverse” beyone our universe. And that is not even taking into account dimensions beyond our physical 3D world plus time.
