Shouldn’t be too controversial, based on the alleged facts.

Maryland is no hotbed of pro-lifery, so the fact that the authorities aren’t winking at extremes like this is good news. It suggests that the ground is shifting in our favor. Abortion is moving from an act of modern piety to a medical procedure.

On the other side of the Potomac, among Virginia laws going into effect with the new year, facilities performing five or more first-trimester abortions a month “now have to meet the same stricter standards met by hospital surgery centers, including larger operating rooms and bigger parking lots” according to the Washington Examiner. So, attacking feticide with zoning ordinances.
