It is like you start at Point A, some miracle occurs, and you end up at Point D. I've ready several articles that suggest that it will help the wealthy, but do nothing for the middle class, and harm the poor (except for the fact they can stay on the old program... for now). While I agree major cuts and changes need to occur, I do not believe his is the right program. Do a progressive flat tax on everyone, and you may have a real starting place. I agree.
