Monsters and Mormons
October 31st, 2011 by Adam G.
“Monsters and Mormons” is out. My own contribution to this volume is mediocre in the middle, but is the cat’s miaow in the beginning and in the end. It’s like a thin slice of American cheese between two big hunks of my wife’s bread.
Hopefully the stories excite quiet laughter and no outraged cries of blasphemy. Hopefully.
William Morris is mover and shaker who made it happen, so hats off to him. may his scribe increase.

Thanks, Adam. My seven-year-old daughter is already working on several narrative efforts so I think it’s fair to predict that it will increase indeed.

In the Greenwood manor we call that ‘fibbing.’

In the Morris household such fibbing involves chapters, illustrations and discussions of plot turns.

Based on the description alone, yours (Adam) is one of the stories I have been anticipating most.
I won’t venture any opinions about what parts of my contribution–beginning, middle, end–is weakest.

I won’t be attending because of other commitments and because they wouldn’t put m&ms in my dressing room, but don’t let that stop you.
