Because it just wouldn’t be appropriate for a Nobel Peace Laureate to engage in warfare.
Of course, His Majesty shares Obama’s repugnance for war. But you must excuse me now. I’m off to direct His Majesty’s foul weather kineticists in another pacification operation against a group energetically dissenting from the present administration.
