Racism, or not? I would have said not, since the dishes listed are precisely what I ate in black homes during an extended visit to the South some years ago. But I can see the other side.
Would any of you be offended if a major network celebrated Joseph Smith’s birthday by offering a special menu that included slushy punch, funeral potatoes, and green Jello?
